Why does it take 1-3 business days for an agent to contact me?
When you submit the information, we make phone calls to connect with agents within our network. Nothing is automated. This allows us to selectively choose the agent that will best suit your needs.
Will my agent help me find critical information such as how to set-up utilities, internet, and daycare needs?
Your agent will have all of the information to help you make the transition as smooth as possible.

How soon before my move should I try to find an agent?
The sooner, the better! The average real estate transaction takes approximately 30 days from the time a contract is accepted. This time does not include preliminary tasks such as looking at homes, getting pre-qualifications from a lender, or other tasks that may be required.
